NYAMA Members and Supporters,

We are pleased to announce that the NYAMA Fall Conference scheduled for September 15-17, 2020, will continue as planned, with the addition of an all-new virtual online option. Now a hybrid event; the conference will still include live, in-person programming and networking opportunities at the DoubleTree Hotel in Binghamton, NY. A hybrid conference allows our in-person event to move forward as planned, while also offering prospective attendees an opportunity to participate in the conference experience virtually should they choose.

We want to assure you that we have checked in with the Doubletree in Binghamton and safety is there number one concern. They are following CDC guidelines and have made the proper adjustments to their hotel. You can also visit their website  https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/bgmwsdt-doubletree-binghamton/

We look forward to offering all of our programs in a way that meets the needs of our membership during these constantly changing times and while ensuring member safety by following health guidelines. This conference will allow those who still want to attend the chance to do so, and those who are not able to join in person, the opportunity to still participate in the conference.

We have a great conference planned for NYAMA! We look forward to seeing you all in person, if not then virtually.

If you have questions or comments, please contact NYAMA at [email protected].

Thank you,

NYAMA Fall Conference Committee
